Colorado Commercial Auto Insurance

As a business owner, you need the same types of insurance coverage for the car you use in your business as you do for a car used for personal travel — liability, collision and comprehensive, medical payments (known as personal injury protection in some states) and coverage for uninsured motorists. In fact, many business people use the same vehicle for both business and pleasure.

If the vehicle is owned by the business, make sure the name of the business appears on the policy as the “principal insured” rather than your name. This will avoid possible confusion in the event that you need to file a claim or a claim is filed against you.

“I enjoy working with Stacey because she is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, organized, and is always there. Stacey is an expert on insurance – she knows the answer to every question I ask, and is always prepared to give me ‘best practice’ advice. She is patient and walks me through every question, sometimes multiple times. I always hang up the phone confident in the answer I have received. Same day service! The last time I had a question I was certain I would have an answer that day. In fact, I had my answer within the hour. I love the fact that she lets me know when I have a policy up for renewal. I never keep track of plan dates because I know Stacey will notify me when something needs to be done.”
